Great informational video.

I broke my radius falling off my roof(shattered my right patella, couple of fractures to my face, and broke my left radius). My leg is coming along well. But I noticed after 2 surgeries my left wrist is tight, and I am having trouble with the mind-muscle- control only in the flexion direction.

Extension range is about 30 degrees, but I keep getting stuck around 10 degrees extension, any suggestions with the scar tissue/adhesions and mental muscle failure?

I got lipo (tummy, back and arms) in Mexico and after I woke up I couldn’t feel 3 of my fingers. Its been a week now I can’t feel my fingers I feel like I lost my fingers my left thumb and my right pinky and right ring finger. So it’s hard for me to write, hold a fork/spoon just anything.. I can’t stop crying. I’ve been trying to move them but it’s getting worse. How much longer will this last?

This is why I have been debating on doing surgery to my pinky finger, I fractured it a year ago now and unfortunately it healed with a malunion and malrotation deformity and as a guitar player I cannot make the certain chord shapes like I used to. I am so scared whether surgery would make it worse or better in the long run. I had a few surgeons advised me to just live with it, and one of them said that there is a bout an 80% chance it would be better and 20% chance it could be worse. However I know there is no guarantees, he really didn’t take time to explain to me what the risks would be such as the stiffness and other complications. The thing is, it doesn’t really affect my day-to-day living that has been why it has been such a difficult decision to make. I can pretty much get through my day fine obviously it’s just playing guitar with it. Plus it is obviously annoying because it he was such a hyper extension to it as well. I am just so depressed that the original surgeon that I went to never fixed it, it’s OK very conservative approach and just let it heal incorrectly

How am I meant to do those stretches if I can’t even reach to those points after surgery? No one tells you when can you start doing these exercises after surgery? Is it straight after when stitches are out? You know what I mean, even doctors don’t tell you the timeline.

This one is exciting. I can almost watch the changes taking place in my fingers over the past six months. Lots of weirdness.
