That F7 thing actually seems really cool... they should add that back but it takes a screenshot based on the player's position and the direction they're facing (so it basically just shoots the camera a bunch of blocks behind the player and sets it to a specific y level)

Remember when squids were first added, they were bugged so they could just fly out of the water? So the developers tried to temporarily solve this (buying themselves more time to figure out a real solution) by making it so they could never go up, and THAT ended with all of the squid being stuck on the ocean floors until they could ACTUALLY fix it?
