I’m pretty sure these code messages are using a cypher. The first word of the books are the key word, and the encrypted secondary phrases only use certain letters depending on the key word before them. Then once you have all the letters, you get a code. The code will help unlock the cypher. Then use the cypher on the words and phrases to get the message; which likely was spelled: APRIL FOOLS UPDATE or something like that.
