What if they're head of HR? I had witnessed that. She would talk all sweet until doors closed, then she would bully the employees seeking help. Turnover was high because there is no one to help you. She left eventually thank god, but she filled the company with sociopaths. Eventually CEO gave up and left, and company went downhill from there. Crazy experience, they can ruin everything!
