People often avoid sprouting because it seems so much more difficult than actually just eating the seed itself. Here I explain why you might want to start and I show my method for sprouting delicious sunflower seeds.

Derek, a friend recently told me not to take advice from anyone who doesn’t have the results that you want. I said, Derek Simnett has the results I want so I’ll follow him.

But you’re such a fancy cook, making sauces, and doing complicated tricks that honestly most of it goes right over my head. I’m new to veganism and I’m recovering from addiction. I still don’t know how to eat enough calories in the day.

there's such a perfect symmetry to reality... I just started doing exactly this, and enjoying an amazing Sprouts salad every day for the last week, and making my own salad dressing... and now I see this. And stuff like that always happens, these mirrors and symmetries in my reality.

I cannot believe I missed the trick with Mason jars - just replace the flat lid with a cloth and screw the remain part of the lid - was always thinking I need to punch holes into lids.- thanks.

My husband loves sunflower seeds. He even puts them in his oats in the morning. Thank you for this! He is thoroughly intrigued and I’m going to start sprouting because of this video! Thanks for the information!!!! You make it look so simple and easy! Everyone should start doing this!!!

Awesome! !
I love sprout and have a multi-tiered sprouter. Since putting it in the middle of our dinner table to sprout seeds and beans my "fussy eater" 8yo dd has started eating them whenever they are ready!
I rotate the tiers and before long they are all gone 😍 sprouts are amazing! !

they also contain a ton of other nutrients and copper towards the recommended rda, especially necessary if u take a calcium and magnesium supplement which apparently makes u low on copper.This is the easiest best way without dirt.T.y. 👍

I sprout 280g (=of raw seeds) every week to have 40g of sprouts/microgreens every day. Mostly the result weight is almost 600g on day 5! (the first day is mostly a soak day though as I count it)
