I don't understand why people always criticize are just trying to help us improve our diet and its not compulsory for every one to know healty lifestyle is expensive but much cheaper then hospital Trust me I am too from a middle class family and I try my best to follow healthy diet not everything but what ever is Remember we always have a ❤

This is how I eat and Im very healthy at almost 66 and Vegan almost 10 years and loving my health. No arthritis anymore, liver healed. Insomnia gone, pre-diabetes reversed. Heart health perfect.

Everything is fine, but I would strictly suggest to never eat raw vegetables/ leafy greens. You should always cook them, to make sure the tapeworms and tapeworm eggs are destroyed. Because, if they reach the brain, they can cause a condition called 'Neurocysticercosis'. Please read about the same and other related cases and researches. Eat mindfully and stay healthy ❤
