Thank you so much. It made me cry because even i have to go back to work living my baby that is really hard and difficult. I culd not tolerate my baby crying for 1 min but have to take a decision to be out for 10hrs for his goodwill and future. It is hard really crush down you heart to break the wonderful bounding and go.

Hi, could you continue to work post the second child? I just had my second, any the first is 4 years old and goes to school for half the day. I don't have any financial pressure for continuing work, but plan to rejoin after a few years (maybe 3?). Please share your thoughts on how a Mom of a toddler can cope up with lack of sleep (I dont get to sound sleep any day) and hectic schedule @work and @home which many a times is overwhelming and so we are not in good state of mind!
