Old late petey does have some whacked out ideas but I like what he has presented in this video regarding food. If only that stuff wasn't so expensive to buy.

I tried paleo for a year. Before that I ate a lot of fruit and veg with the occasional grains.. Honestly, paleo gave me no benefits. I still got the usual seasonal sicknesses and my stamina didn't increase notably. It's all BS I reckon

People in the medical Industry should be made to experience a two week water fast. As well as take a session of benzos. They will experience the thing they then can comment about.
