How to use INDIRECT Function in Excel | Excel Function

The INDIRECT function returns a reference to a range. You can use this function to create a reference that won't change if rows or columns are inserted in the worksheet. Or, use it to create a reference from letters and numbers in other cells.

How you do this between different excel files? I mean 1 excel file constains datas, other uses that data, so need to link it. But the problem is that the 2 excel file is in different DIR, and if I ZIP the whole thing ad give it to other people, he can not use it, cause the link between the 2 excel file goes to error, if he not make the same DIR... so I need indirect linking in excel.
