In the last example, you don't actually need to enclose the ' signs. It is sufficient to put in INDIRECT(B1&"!B2:M2")

Thank you for taking the time to explain this so well. I viewed a number of other channels and I just didn't understand A. why I would use the indirect function and B. How to correctly write it. Your explanation is hands down the best. The key being, you provided an excellent simple example, your pace is good. This is by far the clearest explanation.

I've never even noticed the second argument in the INDIRECT function, lest heard it mentioned and explained. 🙌
