If it happens, then just imagine if one user bought one product of Rs. 10000/- through CREDIT CARD. And asks for refund and he is getting the cheque of 10000/- then user has the provisions to get money from his credit card to his bank account without any charges. 😅😮😮😅😅 usually third party app takes 2-3% charge .

Tbh this is the worst technique ever. If I buy shoes which is not of my size and return it but now it's out of stock and I don't want to buy another thing and now my money is stuck on amazon. Over the time my money keep getting accumulated over there. I can't even use my money if I need to use it elsewhere 😒 Total waste of money.
Above all I'm a student where shall I get my money, while I'm unemployed and studying rn.

Bro i work in Amazon and only in cod orders the cx gets refunded in form of check but not on prepaid orders.... Amazon is handling wrong returns and refunds in different way

Yeh option tabhi aata hai... Jab aap POD order place karte hai and replacement pr return aapni side se banate ho... Tab cheque deliver hota hai

It will help in giving people painful n genuine review on most of product so people decide their itself to order or not.

In Flipkart for most of times returned product they have only added a tag called most returned, so that customer can decide there itself to place order or not

Amazon check isliye nahi deta kyuki use return kam karne hai. Return kam karne ke liye there are other steps/teams jo Amazon me din raat kaam karti hai.
Check payment is only a method of receiving refund.
