Beast gohan is stronger than dbs broly movie gogeta and broly, broly as he is in super hero may be stronger than cell max but it was only hinted at and that still doesn't mean he would be stronger than beast gohan. Beast gohan and black frieza are probably really close to beerus until his power needs to be made bigger because goku needs a moving goalpost

Cell Max was stated to supposed to be an intelligent being stronger than Broly, but instead released early was a monster stronger than broly and Gohan man-handle cell max, but Broly has had training since his first appearance.

He never said beast wasn't stronger than Gogeta so you don't really know for sure. All we saw was beast one shot cell max who supposedly is as strong as broly which Gogeta blue couldn't do. So it's still up for debate if beast is stronger
Ps this is Gogeta blue not ultra gogeta. if it was ultra Gogeta that'd be a far different story
