1) If you have milia avoid heavy eye creams and slugging, stick to retinol creams and consider extraction
2) If you have pigmentation - having lots of fancy skincare products will not help if your not using your sunscreen daily!
3) You should only exfoliate 1-2 x week, anything more then this can lead to a damaged skin barrier

I feel the sunscreen one on a deep level. I apply it daily, even in winter and people will tell me they don't wear it almost as a point of pride lol
