This was an awesome video! I really liked that diagram that you made toward the end of the video.. I have a question for you. I am hosting a D&D game that is a hybrid of in person and online players. I use Windows with a conference microphone/speaker with Skype and it seems to work well for everyone. The challenge that I have is that I want to play background music during games. My in-person players can hear the music coming from the microphone. However, my online players just hear our voices, not the music. Do you know how I can get my online players to hear the music as well? Do I need to download audio mixer software to do this? Thank you very much..

So this is kinda confusing XD
And I don't know if it would work for what I am trying to do.
Allow me to splain.
I have OBS setup with a virtual cam so I can get on omegle while in vrchat. The people on omegle can hear my voice but they can't hear any of the audio from the game. I want them to be able to hear the game audio as well as my voice. Would this thing you have done make it so they can hear what I hear in game while also allowing them to hear my voice? That way if I am with a group of friends in the game they can hear everybody and not just me.

I have a problem, if I direct anything to my headphones then it plays through my mic, but if I play audio through anything else it all just falls apart and nothing plays right

the setups so far have been great however sometimes when i offer to play music for my friends and act as a music bot, particularly through spotify, the audio comes through as very laggy, any ideas?

Ive been surfing the internet but somehow theres not a single video related to the thing that im looking for. Im looking to record my voice with another phone or voice recorder and play it through the mic when i have a speech exam or whatever. But i cant find nothing on the internet related to this? I tried recording my voice on my phone and played it on the microphone when my teacher was asking me questions that i already recorded the answer with voice recorder, but quietly that didnt worked out because it sounds different when i play it on my phone and it sound different when i talk directly. I just wanna find a way to record my voice before online speech and to use it, or to play it through te mic when its the time for me to speak, so i dont have to stress and overthink about the answers, but i want it to sound real. Anyone have any ideas?

Hmm, I don't have a listen to option when I go into my Mic properties. :( I imagine it has something to do with when you said "you already have your 3.5 jack device going to your stereo mix." I guess I don't. How do you get that? :O
