Heat and humidity don't make anywhere near as big of a difference as the variability in quality of boards. I've bought boards that get soggy or break after literally like 2 days of skating it, and I've had boards that seem to go more than 6 months and still feel good. I've had boards I've left in my car for months in the texas summer heat and never noticed any major problems. The temperature ranges of humans, even at the extremes, shouldn't have any significant affect on a board, or that's indicative of extremely poor quality wood or glue or something about the manufacturing process.
