As someone with insomnia I see the going to bed part and placing it on the tag to apply all the bed time settings as useful. Especially since my sleep is irregular on a regular basis having a scheduled change of this on my phone doesn't always apply to me. Though my phone does help me sleep (not the way you think by scrolling Tiktok, I actually have chronic insomnia lol) but by listening to relaxing sounds that trigger ASMR.

The alarm though that seems quite useful, I could still use my phone to help me rest, but then the alarm would definitely get me out of bed. Probably the worst side effect of having insomnia is sleeping in the next day and missing important responsibilities or even just fun stuff like a day at the lake with my friend or meeting family.

My friend gave me a NFC tag and was wondering what things I could do, turns out lots. I really like the idea of paying by tap. Could be an easy and cost effective way for small business owners to enable tab/card payments rather than cash for example.
