From what I observed throughout the entire period of school education, idioms and phrasal verbs, as well as collocations, are often ignored by the teachers. About the homework : it is the traffic jams, and bad driving and parking way, both makes me annoyed also when I being very hangry after a hard working day then back home and I discovered that no dinner is getting ready yet.
