Fidel wasn't supposed to read that letter publicly. They had a row later on, and then Che left for Bolivia. I wish he hadn't, and it's clear Fidel always regretted not doing more to keep Che in Cuba. Che's flaw was that he was impatient and a bit impulsive. It's a shame he was taken away so soon and a huge loss for all comrades. He and Fidel were both great human beings with compassion and integrity.

In Vietnam, most people always love Cuba and respect to Fidel. I used to learn about cuban revolution which is really heroic in history at VN school.
