The seal on the house gets removed when you do Mona's Story Quest and that giant seal at Sal Terrace you unlock by doing Zhongli's Story Quest.

That's Mona's house. You will unlock that seal when you play her story quest. And that circle on the hole is for Zhongli quest. There's a pool beneath the cave

If you look at the official site, Barbara and Mona r the only water units in mondst. Barbara is usually at the church so Mona is highly likely to be there

The second location on sal terrae is the temple of the goddess of salt, if you explore around on sal terrae island you come across a diary of someone investigating the area and it explains the past events that occurred in there.

Theres actually 3 doors sealed with that sigil in town. Theres a cave in a mountain that you have to climb to get to the sky island that has the exact symbol on the entrance.
Probably not someone house and maybe the other monsdat faction meeting group? Idk but theres a lot of places that have this sigil and most of them can be unlocked.
The under water domain had this sigil and had a puzzle to unlock it

on an island near that barrier with a red tree, theres a hole in the ground filled with white dust which doesn't serve a purpose that i remember... i know it's most likely sand, but i like to think it's salt and also leads to under the barrier lol. ive tried multiple elements on it and plunge attacking but it doesn't do anything. i wanted to be the cool person that found the secret for once :(

I saw a streamer who used the screenshot bug to get inside the house. Inside doesn't look finished yet, as it looks kinda like a warehouse. Someone else did the same bug to enter the area in Sal' Tarrae.

the owner of the house is an old man called Goth ... mona will open the seal and rent the house

theres an npc that tells you the the previous renter or something like that left something on the door when they i think kicked out

Bro Some quests around that area mention ancient city ruins below the surface, maybe that will be the entrance eventually

The hydro door at Mondstadt can be unlocked by finishin Mona's story quest, while the seal at Sal Terrae can be unlocked by completing Zhongli's story quest Act 1. You must be at least AR 40 to do these.

There are 3 chests under the 2nd seal if you want to glitch thru it! ;)
