Well you already did one thing right by recording it but next you gotta tell the customer exactly what the situation is and let them decide if they want to pay you to prepare it or not because then it's on them and not you.... But I get a kind of an easy fix so that probably wouldn't even cost more to replace it unless you need replacement hose because that one's too short

I don't mind you recording all the things on my vehicle, but don't try to replace the entire cooling system "Just Incase" when I only need a hose or a water pump. I absolutely hate when mechanics try to add things I don't need to "Cover their butt".
