Quick fix for bike chain grinding noise

now what would be the fix when i have the exact same noise, but the chain isnt ruinning through the wrong way like in this video ?

Неповерите. Мне так в сервис центре цепь поставили, когда замок разломался. Приехал к другим механикам они и показали. Я ещё тогда был не опытен в этих технологиях.
