As a yoga 'hater' I love this flow. Nikkie I love you! I have tried so many different yoga routines in class and on youtube and I seem to always struggle to engage. This was the first time I engaged and when I looked at the clock so much time had passed. I think it is because it is not 'pure' yoga. As others have commented on this and other of Nikkie's yoga videos - she employs an unusual yoga flow. I think she picks certain aspects of yoga and then creates a certain minded-flexibility orientated yoga flow, not doing routine things like the sun salute etc (that is just my take - could be all wrong!). .. she is creating a unique yoga-esque experience. Either way - i love it! First time I could say I love a 'yoga' routine. I am now repeteadly doing this flow on my rest days. Please more from Nikkie on this x
