I can't get over some of the comments people make.. I mean, If you do not like the house, property, or certain things about it, Then don't buy it! Just move along to something you like.. And just so all of you know, Brad didn't build this house, nor does he have anything to do with decorating the houses, he's just doing a video on them. I'd make that a year round B&B or vacation house, rent it out to families at great rates so they have enough time to enjoy the property.
I'd build my own purely rustic cabin up on the hill.
I don't want to live with electric. I'd also build a early American style forge for blacksmithing tools.
That would be deeply satisfying to me.
