House #1 real price via Zillow is in Whittier NC and does not go for 130, 000 it is 400, 000+ Tax records shoe it sold last for 299, 000 in 1992. If it sounds too good to be true it probably is

I did a search around Knoxville TN for log cabins with acreage and anything over 5 acres is between 250k with 1/3 acre to millions. he is doing click bait to get clicks.
