My file explorer doesn’t look like this and I don’t know how to navigate mine, I’m trying to get it back to looking like how yours does

I am no longer able to move or copy folders or files from my Windows 10 Quick Access, when I attempt either one, all I get is a 'choose location' prompt. This apparently happened after a Windows 10 update. I've been trying for months to fix this, any ideas?

MS hasn't added any useful functionalities to the File Manager for decades, like batch rename or advanced search. They just keep messing up the UI layout. E.g. when I add an ext drive it shows up twice now in the Navigation Panel (left) and the ugly Ribbons, and that OneDrive I'll NEVER use... any idea how to revert to the Win7 File Explorer layout ?

Explorer used to be SO EASY to use, organize data, create folders, subfolders. Thank God MSFT totally ruined a great tool with this incomprehensible mess

mine is all messed up all my folders are pointing to one drive which i dont want my quick access off to the left hand is missing
