It makes sense one theme is like a lament, and the other is a choir

Makes sense that they'd want to call back to Demon's Souls. Both Demon's Souls and Elden Ring mark massive leaps forward for the company in terms of the limits pushed by their games. Certainly the two largest benchmarks since their very first game, Kings Field.
