I walk on the average 15, 000 steps a day. Have increased protein and add strength, nothing 😢

So I apologize in advance if this topic has already been covered in one of your podcasts… But do you think it matters if you do cardio before weights, or vice versa? I have seen debates in the past on which order is more beneficial.
