NOTE: At this time, we do not sell honey online (thank you for asking). I found a great story on heating Honey, Follow this link:
In this video, we explain the differences between RAW and Store Bought or Ultra-Processed honey (Please take the time to read the article in the link below, very informative). The store bough honey all taste the same. Local honey has unique flavors you will NOT find in store bought corporation honey. Always, if you can, buy from a local beekeeper. You support a declining business and helps support a local person or small business. Good article to read:

Beekeepers are some of the most humble, unselfish people. “You don’t have to buy from me. Buy from your local guy.”

I started beekeeping when I was 8yrs. Old. My father taught me. He always had 4-5 hives. Glad to see your video. Local honey equals zero hay fever allergies

When I was a kid, Dad would take us to the honey store. Local store just sold honey. All kinds of stuff seen floating around in the honey. Dad said it would make me stronger not to worry about it. 😄

Watched a documentary on Honey many store bought honey is not even honey it is flavored corn syrup heavily diluted. If you got the chance to buy from a source in your area do it.

I produce my own honey, and I'm amazed at the difference between my own home produced honey in the thickness and heavy dark color nothing like the stuff from the shops.

I've been reading the labels because so many brands of honey have corn syrup added

Here in Manila, we get supply of wild honey direct from the natives of Sierra Madre Mountain of Aurora Province! We have a Foundation, Save the Sierra Madre Mountain Foundation led by Father Pete Montillana!! We buy direct from the honey bee gatherers and they are wild, raw and pure!! Better than the honey you buy in the Supermarket!! Buy helping these gatherers, you preserve the bees and their honey comb!! It is also a healthy raw honey and pure!!

Thanks for an informative video. As a kid my dad and uncle raised honey bees for our honey. I always seek out local bee keepers for my local raw honey. I'm pickie, like raw honey, real maple syrup and real butter! Real food is best!
Thank you to all the bee keepers out there!

Thank you for your information! Most of us didn’t know that once you put the honey in a hot liquid, it kills all the enzymes so all it is, is sugar water. Will pass this information on! My doctor recommended me to buy local honey and i happened to find bee pollen at a stand on the way to Vermont to visit my cousin. I have been using them and have noticed that if i eat them on a consistent basis i do not and have not had the symptoms of runny nose or sneezing. Love my honey!!!

Thank you for the great video! It’s always nice to see someone getting the info on honey out there to the general public. As this is my first year as a hobby beekeeper, I have learned a lot. And I will have to say that not all honey straight out of the hive is cloudy. I was fortunate enough to harvest 43 pounds from my 3 hives last month. And it is crystal clear. I scraped it straight off the frames, through a strainer to catch most of the wax and right into a 5 gallon bucket. From there straight into the jars. 😋 Keep up the great work!

There's a major difference in quality between store bought honey and organic unprocessed honey. It's almost criminal what these processors get way with.

Last spring 2020 my 16 yr old wanted to try bee keeping. We had no idea how much work it is. We have 3 hives 1 flow hive and 2 regular hives. We lost 2 hives this winter but one is doing well.

It never occurred to me that putting honey in hot tea would destroy the enzymes, that's some pretty important information. I bought raw honey from time to time but didn't realize how important raw honey is and that honey was pasteurized. Excellent information, thank you!

Thanks for the great info! I'm lucky in that there are a couple of local producers who offer raw, minimally-filtered honey.

In the village where my grandmother lives there is a bee keeper and he would bring us honey from the hive and we would also buy pieces of "wax" with honey which you would chew almost like a gum and it had honey in it and it was so good. Ah what a childhood.
