Ally X - More of Everything [Full Review]

The ASUS ROG Ally is now the Ally X and with a price bump also come a huge number of updates that make it possibly the ideal gaming handheld if you're looking for power, battery and the flexibility of Windows 11. Is it worth the upgrade though? Here's a review with comparison so you can decide whether this is the handheld you've been waiting for!

Random tip. Take a back sharpie and paint the end of that micro SD card, so the white side of the card doesn't stick out in your otherwise all black device :) That's what I did with mine, Can't even tell it's there.

On the screen turning on when on sleep mode, use hibernate instead, that works more like how you'd a standby mode to work

The slight increase to the form factor is going to be better overall for cooling and ultimately longevity.
The real question is how will it do whenever the Switch 2 comes out.

They made the face buttons tighter. On my Ally if i held down a button and slightly rotate it, it would get stuck. I can't do that on my Ally X.

The battery expanded looks, I don't agree. It looks better and more immersive because it is black.

Lol 60 or 90 hz oled is far superior to 120hz lcd

Bring the price down to the same as the SD oled and you can have my money
