Bacon And Cheese Flat Bread (No Oven No Mixer)

How to make the yummiest Bacon and Cheese Flat Bread without oven, without mixer. This recipe is so easy that you can make even if you are a beginner. You don't need to buy bread, just make your own one without preservatives and emulsifiers.

Here's what you'll need:
1/2 cup warm water (125ml)
1 tbsp sugar (15g)
1/2 tsp instant yeast (2g)
1 tbsp oil (15ml)
1 and 1/2 cup all purpose flour (190g)
1/2 tsp salt (3g)

BACON AND CHEESE FILLING:
100g grated mozzarella cheese
100g grated cheddar cheese
1/2 cup cooked bacon strips
