Thanks Dave .... it corrected when I clicked on End Task. Pity that I am forced to use Outlook when I have my own paid email (POP/MAP). Outlook is fine until problems like this happen. And most annoying is when they want me to sign in again then a pop up comes showing "we are waiting for a response from your service provider"

Thank you for helping turn off Siri I thought she was the reason why I couldn’t use my ID finger print can you plz make a vid on why it says failed to use fingerprint It’s weird bc my I phone 8 I have to press in the home button and was able to use my finger print but I can’t use it on my iPhone 7 bc all I have to do is gently lay my finger on the home button with out pressing it in making it to where I can’t set up a finger print on my phone if you do make a vid plz tag me I will like and subscribe
