Reliable, Cheap to buy, Cheap to maintain.Hard plastics used inside, but they last longer (like the Clio's does). Unless you "need" the luxury badge, it's a great car.

For the price, I don't think you can really complain about what it doesn't have. I see these around mainland europe all the time and have always wondered why they didn't bring Dacia over here to compete with crap like Chevrolet.

He complained about the lack of curtain airbags, but guess what? The old Saab 9-5 didn't have curtain airbags either and yet nobody bitched about it even though it was an executive car and like in the old 9-5, the Dacia Duster comes with a torso and head airbag.

No they do not, it no cheaper then any other car to maintain the service charges would be the same, but try selling the car after two years to see what you get and it would totally freak you out.

I admit, that the chevy will look better, probably handle better, etc. but dont forget the 3 or 4 thousand price difference.

So because one other make does not have it that makes it fine until you have an accident. I took one for a test drive, and the noise is awful you really have to shout to speak to somebody in the back, and the ride it self, the gear change is like old cars of the 1980's clunky is an understatement.

I found the seats to be hard not nice at all and the pot holes in the roads seems like they were massive they were not, I knew I had been driving and it was not nice, Second had cars better...

well obviously you cant compare a new car to a used one in price. You lose around 20% of its price after 5 minutes of buying it :))
