Fantastic work! Those look fantastic! I bought these assembled from Worlds Best Cables on Amazon. They do make a difference in overall sound quality. I went and swapped these W3082 wires out to try out those Mica OFC Steve Huff was saying are fantastic. Steve needs to clean his ears. The sound went from lively and dynamic, to a wet blanket. Mom was here, and asked what did I do to the speakers? I told her, and she snapped at me to put the Mogami wires back in. The Mogamis are the real deal.

Hello
I made 2 Mogami speaker cables from Mogami W3082. They sound fantastic to my Wharfedale together with my Audiolab 6000A. Drove with Van den Hul clarewater before. So thanks for the tip.

Thar,
I had to stop and write this directly to you. Thank you!! Your content with cables is so refreshing and educational. Cabling is extremely important and yes there are those that say simply using a strand of wire is enough, but the reality is that cabling is a crucial part of an audio system. With that said, your series showing how to make the cables to me is invaluable and puts quality cabling available to those of us that live in reality and can’t spend hundreds of dollars for a single cable. I will purchase from you affiliated link as I want to support your content and just to let you know, I did follow through on building a set of speaker cables for my mains and the difference was noticeable and the cost was much much more bearable. Good job and once again thank you.

Hey man!, you are so right about the mogami 3082 speaker cables. They are so detailed I would recommend these cables due to their transparency and detail. I bought them from Amazon. Thank you for your review.

I ordered the W3082 based on your recommendations and sound demos yesterday. I also purchased an SMSL -SU1 DAC and paired it with a WiiM Pro. The cable will arrive next week. I did consider making them as you suggested here, but am so busy and the price point is so fine on the links provided. Many thanks.

Excellent speaker cable indeed. Thank you for the tutorial, please bear in mind the longer you make the split ends, the worse the cable becomes as a whole. They should be ad short as possible 😊

I have made a 2.5m pair with W3082 based on your video, it is indeed with high resolution, natural sounding with excellent tonal balance notably with tight bass, and with good sound stage depth too. Thanks, Tharbama

I took your advice and purchased Mogami W3082 premade by Worlds Best Cables on Amazon, everything you spoke about the performance is true. No colouration, tight separation and coherency, very reference / studio like sound. I can understand some people may find it boring or flat, but it clicks with me and my system atm.

I use this cable from few years, and it's the better cable that you can found at this price... Thanks Tharbamar for that very good video...

Glad to see you are not contaminating the bare copper with skin oil! Also, at the speaker binding post, put the red (positive) plug in the UPPER post; just to see if u hear a difference. Let me know. Thx.

Blue Jeans Cable "10 White", 2×3mt terminated, by Belden 10 gauge user here.
26€, used, mint condition.
Awesome speaker cables.
I might consider purchase Mundorf pure silver wire for diy, and that's it, done with speaker cables.

i used mogami 2549 cables for interconnect. i like the sound. it is better than the more expensive nordost red dawn.

. Just built a pair. Compared to the W3104 I've been using, definitely more detail / resolution, however the sound stage and depth seem slightly diminished by comparison for some recordings/pressings. Really comes down to the source and type of music with these..

Perfect, I was looking at ordering cable and I think you have just helped me decide which one I will order. Thank you

Definitely going to try these. I already use pro cable XLR, and RCA, for my interconnects. WBC to be exact. They make great cables for the money IMHO. ✌️

I used to have these cables. And always regretted selling them. Will buy them back, after all those years of testing other cables, because they are really the most natural sounding cables I ever had. At the time I had dynaudio's, and dynaudio sold coaxial speaker cables called OCOS, made in Switzerland. Never understood why they were discontinued. Mailed dynaudio for that matter, but never got an answer. It is even possible to achieve better performance when you double of tripple these cables and twist them together. Dynaudio used to sell tripple ocos, at crazy prices at the time. Because of the small diameter, and while other brands had 'fat' fashioned cables, dynaudio moto was 'fysics vs fashion' and they were right ! even today, some excellent things always remain !

I went for this cable after watching your video. Wow! The resolution and detail are amazing. I had some basic QED cables before, and I was okay with the sound until I heard my friend's ESS AMT 1. Those HEILs deliver crystal clear highs compared to my Altec Model 7 system. With these cables, the "veil" and slight muddiness are gone, and now I have to get used to hearing so much information. I was a bit worried about listening fatigue, but I turned the highs down a notch on the speakers and now it's all good ! Thank you for the advice, this is certainly a great deal!
