- Inhale as you roll forward
- Extend arms controlled
- Exhale as you pull back in

If you don't do them right, you will get lower back pain next day

This is exactly how I dislocated my left shoulder two years ago (type 2). There are way better exercises out there.

Be careful until you have the arm and core strength to properly do this, I have seen people face plant hard into the barely there carpeted cement floor.
