Very interesting! Because I'm living near to the Nicoya Peninsula in Costa Rica, one of the blue zones you mentioned, I'll do a little more research about it, we enjoy a natural environment and lots of healthy activities, but now I'm interested in the relationship between food and longevity around here. Interesting. At what temperature is safe to use for cooking a chicken breast in the oven for instance. I use 400 degrees. Would you consider that too high? Thank you. ❤

For women, we need to fast different than men due to our cycle and hormones or your body may hold on to fat thinking that you are in survival mode. I highly recommend Dr. Mindy Pelz YouTube channel & her book called “Fast Like a Girl” for more info.

What if you have POTS and been told to eat smaller meals more frequently through the day to help w/ pots symptoms. I get sick if I’m not eating something small throughout the day. I’m fasting when I’m sleeping through the night until about 11am so hope that’s fasting enough. My healthy meals consist of proteins, salads, protein shakes, vegetables, healthy fats, etc. so hopefully this will help w/ the A.G.E.
