As a bus driver I approve this message. 100% White car's fault. Hopefully his hospitalization and Rehabilitation gave him plenty of time to think about his decisions.

The bus is there before the white car gets there. White cars' view is blocked. All that means is it sucks to be the guy in the white car. But that doesn't make it the bus drivers fault.
That only gives the white car one option if they want to be safe. Wait! Wait until they can see what's out there before moving forward. They chose something else. It's perfectly legal to creep forward until you can see both ways to safely make your turn. AFTER, you've stopped behind the white line even if this blocks the view of the lane beside you. Which is exactly NOT what the white car did. He shot right past the stop sign the white line and then stopped. Yeah it's a pain in the ass to wait for the other guy to make up their mind and move out of the way if you're the guy in the right-hand lane. But in legal terms, tough shit. The white car just demonstrated one alternative to waiting until knowing it's safe to proceed.

What if your kid is on that bus? You want the bus driver to pull out without being able to see just hoping it's safe? See white car.
The white car should have waited for him to do whatever he was going to do before pulling past him out into traffic. Or stopped then moved up slowly until they could see out into the roadway.
The white card did not make a legal stop. If a cop car with lights and Sirens blasting did the exact same thing the white car did, it still wouldn't make the bus driver at fault.
Every day, average drivers do stupid dangerous and illegal things behind the wheel. Most of the time, nothing happened, so they get away with it. This time, it didn't go their way.
