They dont put seat belts in most buses because of the fire hazard. If the bus catches on fire, you have about 1-2 minutes to get everybody out. It has happened. Some of school districts feel that they can potentially cause more harm than good and thats why they dont install them. I think that the driver did a great job here and so did the kids.
