Compared with airline ticket booking, I find the Amtrak booking site extremely difficult to navigate for booking a roomette. I finall just gave up. What has been your experience?

Impossible to book a train, I have the app and it does not give me info for my booking, I called customer service and they hung up twice

Ok, you buy a ticket, go to the station at the scheduled time, then have to wait 40 minutes cause your damn trains are always late

The website is very difficult to use! Birmingham to Austin, handicap room! After two hours I gave up!
