We can park our car for free at our city's train station and take the train to D C. Gets to Union Station in about 3 hours. Then we can either walk a block to our favorite hotel or catch the metro at Union Station to go museum hopping. We love it!

I just wanted to thank you both for doing this video. During all this isolating time, my husband and I have spent WAY too much time watching YouTube travel videos. We have especially enjoyed watching ones about train travel. Although we have traveled quite a bit by train in Europe, we have never taken a train trip longer than a hour here in the U.S. . Your videos have definitely inspired us to do so. As a matter a fact, just this morning, I saw this video and told my husband about it. Well, we just BOOKED our first train vacation!! Yippee!! Glacier National Park, here we come (from San Francisco).
