I’m so excited to be trying this challenge again. Every time I’ve attempted this I get further each time, and even when I’ve failed I’m still making progress in some area of my life; so it still feels like a win. I want to bring you guys through my preparation for January 1st and starting 75 Hard *again*. This time definitely feels different, I feel ready mentally, physically & organized in this attempt. Next week will be the first vlog of this series & I can’t wait :)

That challenge broke me. I completed it but hated almost everything that I loved while doing it. It was the first fitness challenge I ever completed and I was so proud of myself. Tears running down my face on the 75th day. But I think the challenge might not be for me. I might do 75 soft next. I’m rooting for you!!!! You got this!

I think you're the first plant based person that follows 75 hard (that I know of). This is SO COOL because, I've been plant based for 10 years and all the meal preps I've seen so far from other Youtubers don't fit my diet. If you could do just "what I eat in a week doing 75 hard" that would be really dope!

I’m thinking of starting this properly this year, but starting on January 6th…I have company over and have a lot of other things that wouldn’t allow me to start sooner…my friends and I have a goal to be double cheeked up by march, and the 75 day challenge works exactly for that timeline-wise…good luck to you and everyone in the chat on the 75 journey!

I haven't watched your videos for that long now, but the impact your videos had on me in this short term are crazy.
I am a teenager that has been struggling with body image and anxiety for quite a while. Your videos motivate me so much to just keep going and that if I fail that is okay. Keep going!

Ikigai is a great book! It really made me realise that everything we need to live a long, happy life is within us & very accessible to most of us, but we as humans in the modern day capitalistic world really over complicate the idea of true fulfillment😅 I think you will really enjoy it. Good luck with the challenge ❤

Starting my 3rd attempt January 1st, as well. 🤞🏽 I’ve definitely learned a lot about myself each time I’ve embarked on this journey, even if I didn’t finish.

I feel like trying to tackle as much of the challenge in the first few hours of the morning is going to help me this go round. (Workout, reading, progress pic, and head start on drinking H2O)

Love your tips on planning and the color coordinated workouts-I’m going to incorporate that into my plan 🙏🏽

Thanks for sharing, this is a very relatable 75Hard prep video, may be because I am a virgo too. I've completed 75hard a few months and I prepared the same way. Had a very detailed 75Hard checklist and actually followed it daily. I always felt good when I was able to check off a few things in the morning, otherwise it gets too busy in the evening.

You've inspired me to try as well! I'll aim more for a 75 soft/medium lol. The way you talked about both routines and eating the same things every day resonates so much with me. I find it can make challenges like this a little easier just because habits seem to come quicker! Would you be open to sharing your calendar templates? I love all the organization!

I recently decided to start 75 hard. I chose to start day 1 with a 24hour fast & walking to give my body a reset.
