They can be sliced up and used as egg noodles in recipes too.

I've been making my own egg-white wraps. It's pretty easy:
Ingredients:
1/2c + 2Tbsp of Water
2 Tbsp of unflavored gelatin
6 Tbsp egg white powder
Salt to taste
Optional: 1/2 teaspoon of favorite seasoning

Put water in a bowl and sprinkle unflavored gelatin on top of the water & let it sit for 1 minute
Add egg white powder to the water and gelatin mixture & whisk until smooth
Add salt and optional seasoning and whisk together

Cook:
On med heat, spray the pan with oil
Pour batter and cook 1-2 minutes until the bottom is set
Flip over and cook another 1-2 minutes

Note: These can be frozen for future use. Makes approx. 3 wraps depending on the size you want.

These are my absolute favorite!! I even melt cheese in a pan and then press the wrap into it for a crunch!! Yum!!

Thank you for the heads up.. I went shopping yesterday and was so overwhelmed with having to read and read to find what I can and can not eat.. I did find a few Keto foods, but some seemed more about marketing.. I'm 70 and going from eating lean meat to fat and lots, and lots of veggies is kind of overwhelming.. but I am learning.. yesterday, I had a little meltdown in the store, but I pulled myself together and finished my shopping..

Natural flavors are NOT natural! So sad that all of the people I follow for advise recommend tons of stuff with natural flavors which could be thousands of things including MSG… 🤦🏻‍♀️

I make lasagna with these and you’d be amazed at how close they feel to pasta.

I love these! I use the Southwest ones the most. Love them for Tacos . Sometimes I have scrabble egg, with mayo, cheese and bacon on one. So filling!
