Follow along with me to complete a savage 30 minute kettlebell workout of the single armor building complex. Pick a relatively heavy kettlebell (I'm using a 28kg in this one) and go for it. We do 20 rounds, each round is 1 minute 20 seconds long. If you're doing this as an active recovery day, pick a light kettlebell. Thanks to @DanJohnStrengthCoach for the armor building complex.

That’s been my go to session for the last month. Twice a week. It’s great and really helpful to follow along. Target 28kg in a year. At the moment I can’t finish the set with 20kg. Half way through I need to move to 16kg because my left shoulder is weaker than the right. Anyway, thanks for the channel. It’s super helpful. 👍

Tried it with a 24 kg kettlebell. It was rough. Was beat at 16 minute. I will retry with 16kg next time.

Here's a Emom challenge I have for you to try.
2 reps of double KB Swings
2 reps of double KB Cleans
2 reps or double KB Thrusters

28kgs. Pfff. I’ll atart with 16kg and see how I go. 😁 thanks for sharing. I’m still on your 3 day program for a little while though. 👍
