Low AmH is linked to poor IVF outcome but is it linked to recurrent miscarriage . Though age is the most important matter that influences quality ; a low AmH has to be understood further

I believe this to be true from my own experience of 10 miscarriages. I definitely definitely have a recurrent miscarriage issue that is undiagnosed... reason never found. I had two 13 week blighted ovuum molar type miscarriages, at full 13 week placenta size, then I had full term son age 35. What followed was 8 more miscarriages, two were medicated pregnancies to try to prevent miscarriage which failed after heartbeat and medication started but before 8 weeks measurement at death. Another pregnancy died at 9.5 weeks measurement, and was only diagnosed loss out of the 10 losses as Patau syndrome. Five more bigger miscarriages happened all after 10 weeks but dead before 20 weeks measurement, if those tested they had normal chromosomes. So my thoughts are that five were chromosomal losses, the two molars, the two that died before 8 weeks measurement, and the Patau baby. Leaving five recurrent miscarriage deaths. I am still without an explanation or diagnosis and will likely never get an answer. The other interesting thing is 11 natural conceptions with husband, last one age 45....but not reached menopause yet at 57, normal healthy cycles up to 56.5 before two long cycles and this year started Cyclical HRT for this final stage of perimenopause at 57. Some mysteries need solving to save others the suffering I have endured repeating. I feel let down by testing and lack of action from NHS but also the additional blood tests I had done privately at St Mary's Hospital. I think I have factor 13 deficiency and factor S pregnancy induced deficiency from my own clues from my extensive miscarriage history. 5/10 miscarriages were age related weak eggs, and 5 recurrent miscarriage....50 percent, exactly agreeing with your estimation. "Normal" age related miscarriages shrouded the NHS from being brave enough to try harder to find a cause for the five deaths they could have prevented. My only surviving child was born at home, UNPLANNED home birth with no pain relief and born arm first....and that is another NHS choice of added risk experienced that was not my choice. Luckily no excess bleed like the 3 that happened post medication managed miscarriage in hospital.
