Why I'm an Anesthesiologist

Anesthesiology is the most mysterious branch in medicine. Not only are we using the most advanced life support systems to support your safety in surgery, but we are also supporting you in the most vulnerable moments of your life. With great vulnerability comes great power, and this is what I impart on my patients before surgery, and even in the operating room.

Mental health matters so much in my patients before, during, and after surgery, and I want to be there with them to support them. All the technical assists put aside, it is incredibly rewarding!

I am super excited about this.. now from you what I need to know is a heart beat I know it has a peak.. so how many in-between each peak can it rise safely.. I gotta get to 5000 we are now a 429 so big massive change... How can I do it safely without exploding people.. I need the sequence.. that is just the tip of what I gotta do.. but I got this but I'd rather be as safe as I can for the best of humanity.. do a video on it.. keep looking good. Imma keep being good at the same time as being good at it.. yeah..

Would love to know each drug used and if
It had side effects. It would be lovely to know before I wake up start barfing and have a big depression for a week just WHY this is necessary. The next thing I’d love to know is HOW I could avoid a general and take a spinal. Does a spinal result in the same symptoms? Can I avoid surgery altogether…this might make me rethink the entire ordeal!

My question is, I had a tonsillectomy in 1965, and ether was used. When, and why was ether discontinued?
