A peculiar #hormones that makes our body appear to be #superhuman is part of our genetic makeup known as #adrenaline. There are tales of incredible deeds accomplished thanks to the effects of adrenaline all across the world. In times of intense excitement or stress, the adrenal glands release adrenaline, which alters various physiological processes in our bodies, some of which are inhibited while others are intensified. The underlying mystery surrounding this natural occurrence is: why do some of us find it so appealing and seek it out? Why do some of us enjoy the rush of the FlightLine Free Fall ride while others feel quite comfortable with our feet firmly planted in the ground?

Blood flow, digestion, and pain sensitivity are all reduced by an adrenaline spike. In order to direct the majority of blood flow to the vital organs, like the heart and lungs, blood arteries in the body contract. In order to conserve energy, digestion is slowed, and the body temporarily loses its capacity to perceive pain. These suppressions enable our bodies to last longer, exert themselves more, and eventually complete actions that occasionally appear superhuman.
