its 4 months i still cant play any games heck the app wont even download and start for me.

I play the sims 3 which relies heavily on modding and the EA App is not only crashing but is affecting mods especially a mod I had to change the game launcher. Anyway, that aside, one curiosus thing that happened on the app was my "time played" on the sims 3 DECREASED! One day it was like 3, 000 hours and now, out of nowhere it says I've only played 350 hours. What the heck is going on? I have no idea how to even tackle all these problems.

My problem is with another game, this did not fix it on the EA desktop app

Do you have any updated information on this? I have It Takes Two and I have the EA app open, but the "manage" button is missing. All it has is "play" and when I click "play" it shows the loading bar but never boots the game. The loading bar shows up for a moment and then just goes away.

cant they just stick to one and leave it at that . this is year/s later and we are still having this issue.

I am using surface laptop and getting an error as "cannot run on virtual environment switch to main windows environment" while i try to play NFS most wanted 2012.Can you help me eliminate this error message?

Wish I could try this but it’s too late for me to accès the EA app. Each time I click on it says temporally lost connection. And I tried to fix it but that didn’t work- so I can’t do this without being able to have the EA app load properly
