My Mom died and left land and property w/o a will. The home is in need of repair about $50, 000-80, 000 (roof, foundation...) Beryl came through Texas and created more damage ( ceilings in two rooms fell). I would rather tear it down. The other heirs (2 w/ no money or credit), want to repair at my expense and money. HELP!
