Hi Shadé, can you please answer this? My senior is kind of jealous of me & he feels insecure while he's on long holidays because he knows I can handle his work. And employees should have a respect and appreciate the job they are. A lot of managers are frustrated because people except so much but under perform then get upset when you call
Them out. everything you say sounds good but there’s rude employees that don’t really give a hoot and are there for a pay check. It’s sound like you’re asking managers to coddle their employees. Yes applaud them but there’s work to do. A manager had a huge duty it’s too much to go around and wonder about everyone’s feelings . There’s work to do
