Toyota Yaris Hybrid rear brakes issue

Toyota Yaris 1.5 Hybrid 2012- Rear Brakes are less used because the hybrid system. Common to stuck, rust. (Rear) brakes on hybrids don't wear but rust.
I used Zimmermann (COAT Z) zinc coated brakedisc to prevent rusting.
The extreme rusted Ate-Teves brakes in the video are 7 years old, after 50.000 km. ( YARIS HYBRID, PRIUS )

Don't use red thread locker on brakes! You're gonna have to plasma cut the caliper

On Yaris Hybrid rear brake discs how did you wind back the piston so you could fit the new pads? What did you use, did you push or turn and which way?
