Please explain the elimination of short term rental theory. Our costs for property tax, HOA and insurance is $2, 500 per month. Pretty much average for a condo. So who would purchase it to convert to a long term rental? 1 bed 2 bath. At what price would a single person or couple purchase it as a home? Yes we need a lot more studies from UOH, real genius there. It is not just Hawaii, it is nationwide in vacation destinations.
